II. Itinerary details
Day 1: Day of arrival- check in hotel- Hanoi private street food tour
When you arrive at Hanoi airport, our driver will pick you up from there to your hotel in the Old quarter of Hanoi. Check in your hotel
In the evening, our guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby from 6:00 pm then go ahead to taste famous Vietnamese cuisines in some corners and famous restaurants in the Old quarter of Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi- Mai Chau Ecolodge
Set in an idyllic valley, hemmed in by hills, the Mai Chau area is a world away from Hanoi’s hustle. Experiencing with staying in tiny Thai villages where you doss down for the night in traditional stilt houses and wake up to a rural soundtrack defined by gurgling irrigation streams and birdsong.

08:00: Depart from Hanoi to Mai Chau – an idyllic valley home to many hill tribes including the Dzao, Muong and Thai.
12: 00: Arrive in Mai Chau around noon and enjoy your lunch.
14:00: Check in your room (If room is available, we can offer you early check in)
15:00: Biking tour with local guide to explore Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Chieng Sai, Cha Long, Tong Dau, Van villages. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Total cycling time is around 2 – 2,5 hours on flat village paths.
18:30: Back to Mai Chau Ecolodge for dinner.
20:30: Enjoy a traditional dance show and taste Ruou Can, a local rice wine.

Day 3: Mai Chau- Hanoi
06:30 – 07:30: Breakfast at Ecolodge
08:00: (Recommend itinerary) Free exploring Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Total walking time is around 2.5 – 3 hours on flat village paths.
Take it all in: the spectacular scenery of Mai Chau and the relaxed rhythm of local life.

12:00 – 13:15: Have lunch at Ecolodge’ restaurant
13:30: Transfer back to Hanoi.

12.45: Warmest welcome drinks from our staffs. Listen to a brief of safety on board then check in your cabin
13.30: Enjoying delicious Vietnamese for lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Leave the cruise to discover Cap La Island- the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing
17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy Sunset Time (enjoy tea and fresh fruits). This time is regarded as “Happy Hour” – “buy one get one free” while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage. In addition, cooking class is also organized by our guide at this time. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine by yourself.
19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner on board.
20.30: Free time for relaxing on the sundeck, listening to music, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. (If you want to join in karaoke activity, please our tour guide to be supported)

09.30: Back to your boat by tender then finish packing.
10.30: Join in and show your creativity in fruit carving activity
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier
17.30: Arrival in Hanoi, end of your package!
