Detailed program:

Day 1: Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam and the country's second largest city. 
Your guide and driver will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city centre. In the afternoon, take a walk around the centre, visiting some of Hanoi’s main attractions: the Opera House, Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. In the evening enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Performance – a unique Vietnamese Art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture – followed by a welcome dinner at one of Hanoi’s finest restaurants.
Day 2: Hanoi sightseeing tour.
8.00: We’ll pick you up from your hotel take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. 
9.30: You’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of west lake. From there, it’s onto the Temple of literature, which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius. 
12.30: You have lunch at the restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake - the heart and soul of Hanoi.
14:00 You’ ll stop in at MUSEUM OF ETHNOLOGY.This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam.
15.30 - 16.00: Take the car come back your hotel.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay. Overnight on boat
07.45 – 8:30: The Swan shutter bus will pick you up from your hotel and heading to northeast of Vietnam
12.30: Arrive at Swan office, transferred by tender to Swan Cruise.
12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin.
13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu while leisurely cruising to the core of Halong Bay. 
15.00: Arrive to kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.
17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoys Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage. 
19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner onboard.
20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Overnight train to Sapa 
06.30: Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck.
07.00: Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food – ‘PHO’ 
08.00: Explore the Thien Canh Son.  guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature
 09.30: Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.   
10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese brunch.
12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier
12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi
17.00: Arrive Hanoi.
21.00: Depart to train station for overnight train to Sapa
Day 5: Sapa trekking and homestay
Arrive Sapa town and have breakfast and fresh up for a while.
After that, take a 6 km walk down to the South East of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong.
Continue to get over 3km for trekking down to Lao Chai Village of H’mong people. To go inside the village, tourists trek through a small bridge which lead to Muong Hoa valley.
Lao Chai is a village of black H’Mong ethnic group. Lao Chai is a commune composed by three large villages with over 100 families of the Black H’mong ethnic, and people here are quite hospitable. It is about 7-8 km southeast of Sapa town, also the beginning of Muong Hoa valley.
After lunch time with a local family in Lao Chai or in a drink shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van Village of the Giay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.
Day 6: Sapa trekking – Overnight train to Hanoi
After breakfast at homestay, we set off by a hike through small villages, lush rice terraces and to the villages of Suoi Thau, situated in a region of sculpted rice terraces and home to Red Dao and Black Hmong people, we continue our trek, before our transfer to the township of Sapa.
Late in the afternoon our driver brings us back to Lao Cai railway station for having dinner in a local restaurant before we board an overnight train back to Hanoi, arriving there at about 5am the following day.
Day 7: Hanoi
